You are a self-motivated, analytical thinker who has the ability and desire to learn quickly and react creatively under pressure. We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to support the growth of our paid Facebook marketing activity. Your ultimate goal is to drive high value customers for our clients and internally developed products.

- Use planning tools to conduct in-depth keyword analysis and competitive research to support and uncover high value opportunities

Full Stack Developer
We’re looking for a Full Stack software developer with 2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills and initiative. You will be supporting our Media Buying team by creating internal dashboards, generating reports and supporting their dedicated AWS infrastructure. Generally work is done in Python, using Flask and Jinja, although on rare occasions we have to do a touch of PHP work. Experience using AWS is a requirement as you will be responsible for supporting their AWS setup, which handles ~20M requests per day. Our applications are deployed via a CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins) to AWS.
Our head office is in Victoria, BC, this position is remote-friendly but applicants must live within Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position you will:
- Contribute to the technical design, implementation, and testing of internal tools and features
- Maintain open communication with ticket owners while implementing tools and acceptance test all work
- Continue to improve your technical skills and share your knowledge with the rest of the team
- Provide and receive thoughtful code review
- Write unit tests and document code to team standards
- Work with remote team members
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in Python
- Sufficient HTML and JS knowledge to provide internal tools
- Experience with AWS
- 2+ years experience with SQL
- Great communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Understand computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Self motivated and self directed
- Experience in the adtech realm is a definite asset
